Just 4 years ago, the future of Kate Spade wasn’t so bright. They had major management turnover and increased competition from other luxury brands. However, since then, they’ve made massive gains in the online realm and have firmly established themselves as a fashion leader on sites like Facebook and Twitter.
So, how did they become such social media leaders?

- Develop a long-term Plan and get everybody onboard with it
- Focus on engaging your customers as Engagement will drive sales
- Determine what your social media goal is (i.e to reach as many people as possible, to reach a targeted demographic etc)
- Don’t be afraid to take risks and Experiment as the rewards can be huge
